Terms of Service
These terms cover your use of the video editing service (the “Service”). By creating an account you agree to them.
The Service
The Service turns footage, photos or a written prompt into edited videos using automated editing, AI planning and stock footage from third-party libraries. Every video is first shown as a free low-resolution preview; the full-quality version is made when you choose “Make HD”.
Your account
You must give a valid email and keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity on your account and on any team seats you add. One person per login.
Credits and plans
A paid plan lasts 30 days from purchase and adds its credits once; it does not renew by itself. After it ends you are back on the Free plan and any credits you have left stay in your account. Plans also include a number of free previews per 30 days. One credit makes up to 60 seconds of finished HD video in one format. During the private beta there are no payments: credits are added by our team.
Credits are used when you make the HD version of a video, and in small amounts (0.1 credit) for previews beyond your free allowance and for chat edits after the third on an HD video. If a render or paid edit fails, what it used is returned automatically. Prices are shown before you pay and may change with 30 days’ notice.
Viral templates
You can make a viral template video without a full account: we create a guest account from your email. The preview is free; the HD version is a one-time payment processed by Razorpay. The price is shown before you pay. Paying does not start a subscription.
What you may upload and make
Only upload material you own or have permission to use, including people’s faces and voices. Do not use the Service to create content that is illegal, misleading, hateful, sexual involving minors, or that impersonates a real person or brand without their consent. Voice cloning is only allowed with the consent of the person whose voice it is.
We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
Ownership
You own your uploads and the videos you make. You give us a limited licence to store and process your material only to provide the Service. Stock clips added by the Service come from third-party libraries (such as Pexels, Pixabay and NASA) under their own licences; logos, trademarks or recognisable people that may appear in such clips are your responsibility to check before commercial use.
AI output
Plans, scripts, captions and footage choices are made automatically and can be wrong. Review every video before you publish it. Nothing is published anywhere by the Service on your behalf.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change features; material changes to these terms will be announced in advance.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, the Service is provided “as is”, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
Ending your account
Plans don’t renew automatically, so there is nothing to cancel. You can delete your account and all your data yourself at any time in Settings.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at [city] having jurisdiction (placeholder).
