Refund Policy
Because every video can be previewed for free before any credits are used, you only pay for videos you have already seen and approved.
Previews first
Each video is first rendered as a low-resolution preview, free within your plan’s preview allowance (after that, 0.1 credit each). Chat edits on a preview are free. Credits are used when you choose “Make HD”; the first three chat edits on an HD video are free, later ones use 0.1 credit.
Failed renders
If a render or a paid edit fails, the credits it used are returned to your account automatically.
Subscriptions
A plan lasts 30 days from purchase and does not renew by itself. We do not refund part of a plan period, except where required by law. During the private beta there are no payments.
Viral templates (one-time purchase)
Each viral template video is a one-time purchase of the HD version (shown on the page before you pay, currently ₹299). You always see a free watermarked preview first. If the HD render fails, we make it again at no cost; if we cannot deliver it, we refund the payment in full.
Top-ups and billing errors
Top-up credits are non-refundable once used. If you were charged in error or twice, contact us within 7 days and we will refund the duplicate charge.
