This policy explains what we collect, why, and how long we keep it.
What we collect
Account details (name, email, password stored as a secure hash); the files you upload; the plans, scripts and videos you create; billing records (payments are handled by our payment providers — we never see or store your card details); and basic technical logs needed to run the Service.
How we use it
Only to provide the Service: to edit and render your videos, show your library, handle billing and support, and keep the Service secure. We do not sell your data and do not use your uploads to train AI models.
Service providers
To make your videos we send limited data to providers: an AI provider (Anthropic) receives your prompt, transcript text and a few still frames to plan the edit; stock libraries (Pexels, Pixabay, NASA) receive short search phrases; a payment provider (Razorpay) processes one-time payments for viral templates — we never see or store your card or UPI details; cloud hosting stores files. Each is bound by its own privacy terms.
How long we keep it
Uploaded footage and photos are deleted automatically 30 days after upload. Finished videos and plans stay in your library until you delete them or close your account. Billing records are kept as required by law.
Cookies
We use one essential cookie to keep you logged in. No advertising or tracking cookies.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your data, and withdraw consent, by contacting us. These rights apply under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and, for users in the EU/UK, the GDPR.
Security
Passwords are hashed, access to files is limited to your account (and your team), and connections are encrypted in production.
